All cargo debris, IMCO & shipping labels, rests of cargo lashing and securing material, excess packaging etc. must be removed from the container before redelivery of the empty unit. The terminal is instructed to refuse any empty container which does not meet these requirements. If necessary we can instruct the terminal to clean at expenses of the cargo.

Containers can only be released at our Antwerp terminal, after discharge from the oceanvessel of from the oncarrying mode of transport (feeder, barge, rail or truck). Please check with our office prior to pick-up of the containers.

Special equipment (open top containers, hangtainers, ) need to be return to quay Deurganck Terminal PSA / Reefer containers must be returned to:

Containers that are standing for more than 21 days on terminal will be blocked and put aside in special stack. This container can only be released after special release notice send by shipping line. This releasement procedure must take place 2 workings before pick up.
